Your pet's health passport — on your phone, in any language
Pawzport is an app for dog and cat owners: photograph a vet document, AI builds the health profile, reminds you about vaccinations and translates the records for any clinic in the world.
Free start: 10 document scans and 60 AI-assistant questions in your first month — a doubled early-access limit.
Sound familiar if you travel with a dog or cat?
Papers everywhere
The pet passport, certificates and lab results live in different folders, chats — and different languages. Finding the right one before a flight is a quest.
Language barrier at the clinic
Abroad, the vet can't read your pet's records, and you don't know the local terms. In an emergency that costs precious time.
Easy to miss a due date
Vaccinations and parasite treatments expire. On the road they're the easiest thing to forget — and the border will ask.
Health anxiety
Without the full history at hand it's hard to make calm treatment decisions in an unfamiliar place.
Digitize the pet passport in three steps
Photograph the document
A pet passport, certificate, discharge summary or lab results. Even a whole stack — phone photos are enough.
AI reads and translates
Dates, vaccinations, diagnoses, prescriptions and the clinic turn into clear records — in the language you need.
Everything at hand
One pet profile on your phone. Show it to the vet or export a translated PDF — in a second.
Vaccinations, reminders, document translation — in one app
One pet profile
Profile, visit history and every vaccination in one place — always up to date.
Due-date reminders
Vaccinations and parasite treatments — on time, so nothing slips.
Translated PDF passport
Export the pet passport in the language you need — show it at any clinic or when crossing a border.
Family access & a QR for the vet
Share the profile with your family, or give the vet access via a QR code or link — for the visit.
AI care assistant
Answers questions about your pet's profile — you can attach a photo of the problem. Gives general advice, but doesn't replace a vet visit.
Works like an app
Installs on your phone straight from the website — no App Store or Google Play. Opens from the home screen.
Your pet's data is protected
Medical history is stored with care, never shared with third parties and never used to train AI models. Personal data is processed under our privacy policy in line with applicable data-protection laws, including Brazil's LGPD.

Frequent questions about the digital pet passport
Which documents and languages are supported?
Pet health passports, vet certificates, discharge summaries and lab results — as a photo or scan. Recognition and translation work between major languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Russian. The list keeps growing.
Is it free?
The basics are free: 5 document scans and 30 AI-assistant questions per month, doubled in your first month — 10 scans and 60 questions. Extended limits and travel features come with a $4.99/month subscription. For comparison: a single certified translation of a pet passport usually costs $30–60 — in Pawzport document translation is already included.
Does Pawzport replace the paper pet passport?
No. Border control and government offices still require the paper document. Pawzport is the digital copy next to it: the full health history, translated records and reminders, so the paper passport is always filled in on time.
What documents do I need to travel abroad with a dog or cat?
Usually a pet passport with a valid rabies vaccination, a microchip, parasite treatment and an official health certificate. The exact list depends on the destination country. Pawzport stores the documents and tracks the dates so everything is ready before the trip.
Does it work offline?
Document recognition and sync need an internet connection. The translated PDF passport can be exported in advance and shown offline — for example at the border or on the road.
How safe is my data?
Your data is stored with care, never shared with third parties and never used to train AI models. We comply with applicable data-protection laws, including Brazil's LGPD and the EU GDPR.
Does the AI assistant replace a vet?
No. The assistant gives general care advice and helps you make sense of the records, but it does not diagnose and does not replace an in-person visit to a veterinarian.
Do I need an account or an app store?
An account keeps the history synced and available to your family. Pawzport installs as an app straight from the website — no App Store or Google Play needed.
How do I share the health record with a vet abroad?
Show a QR code or send a link — the vet sees what they need in their own language. Or export the translated PDF health passport and hand it over at the clinic.
