Refund Policy

Effective July 11, 2026 · applies to purchases made on pawzport.com and pawzport.app

1. What we sell

Paid features of the Pawzport app are sold as a Pawzport Premium monthly subscription. International card payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, and its buyer terms also apply.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time on the subscription screen in the app. Cancellation is not a refund: after cancelling, Premium access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.

3. Refunds

If something went wrong — you were charged by mistake, forgot to cancel before a renewal, or the service did not work for you — request a refund within 14 days of the charge. We refund the full amount of the disputed charge provided the subscription has not been substantially used during that period. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; banks usually post them within 5–10 business days.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@pawzport.com from the address linked to your account, or use the link in the Paddle payment receipt. Please include the approximate date of the charge so we can find the transaction faster.
