Billing details
International card payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. The price is charged monthly in USD; local taxes (VAT/GST) may be added at checkout depending on your country. Billing FAQ
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. The free plan needs no credit card and never expires: pet profiles, health records and reminders work without payment. A card is only required when you subscribe to Premium.
How do I cancel?
On the subscription screen in the app — a couple of taps, no emails or calls. After cancelling there are no new charges, and Premium access remains until the end of the paid period.
What happens to my data after cancelling?
Nothing is lost: pet profiles, health records, vaccination history and reminders stay available on the free plan. Only the monthly AI limits return — 5 document scans and 30 assistant questions.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If a charge was made in error or the service did not work out, request a refund within 14 days of the payment — see the refund policy for details.
