1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

• Email address that you voluntarily submit in the early-access form.
• Technical data automatically recorded by the server when you visit the site: IP address, date and time of the request, browser type. It is used only to operate and secure the website.

The website pawzport.com does not use tracking cookies and does not embed third-party advertising systems.

3. Purposes of processing

• to contact you about early access to the Pawzport app;
• to inform you about the launch and important product changes.

We do not send spam and we do not share your address with third parties for advertising.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 7, I of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law — LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018; Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where it applies), which you give by ticking the corresponding box when submitting the form. Consent can be withdrawn at any time (see section 7).

5. Storage and security

Data is stored in a secured database with restricted access and is not published. We apply organizational and technical measures required by applicable law to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration and disclosure. Data is kept until the purposes of processing are achieved or consent is withdrawn — whichever comes first.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where expressly required by applicable law (at the request of competent public authorities).

7. Your rights

At any time you may:

• request information about the processing of your data;
• request correction or deletion of your data;
• withdraw your consent to processing.

To do so, write to hello@pawzport.com from the address you submitted in the form. We will delete the data and confirm it by reply within 10 business days.

8. The Pawzport app

Data processing inside the app itself (accounts, pet profiles, medical documents) is governed by separate terms shown during registration in the app.

9. Changes to this policy

The current version is always published on this page. In case of material changes we will notify the early-access list subscribers by email.
